Not 100% sure but I think the frame is pretty much the same. No doubt you would also have to change the electrics ECU etc. There will be differences in the drive chain / swingarm / gearing etc in view of the higher power output, front forks are also different on a Vee. Perhaps someone on the American sites will know more. As per the previous comment, for the hassle, cost, insurance issues,it's probably cheaper to p/x it for a Vee, furthermore, if you wanted to sell it after such a conversion I don't think you would get a sensible price. Oh - and the clutch on a Vee is hydraulic so you'd need to factor in a master cylinder, clutch lever mechanism blah blah........
