select the word you wish to hyperlink. then click on insert and click hyperlink. it'll open a window showing your folders. choose the folder you wish to link. I think that's about it.
an alternative is to select the word and then right click the mouse. select hyperlink from the drop down menu.
if you wish to put a note that flashes up saying where the link takes you, click on screen tip as you're selecting which folder you want the link to take you to.
