Radiator paintwork flaking off

Hi all. I have a 2020 1050XT. The black paintwork to the right hand side of the radiator has pretty much flaked off. Anyone else had this? Hammerite as a fix? Cheers, Curly

Not on a 1050 but definitely on my Vee, removed the rad to do valve clearances and most of the side gallery paint came away in my hands. Good clean down and hammerite has held a fair few years now. I think I used their special metals primer first but can't remember for sure.

Same thing happened to mine, haven't painted it as yet, valve check this winter so it'll get done then. I'll probably use Hammerite or something from Ebay.
Quality Suzuki paint work, last time I'd to paint the underside of the tank as Suzuki forgot!
