Sat Nav mount 2018 650
« on: May 29, 2024, 13:08:01 »
Hi all,

I'm after mounting my TomTom above the dash - I have the necessary kit for that but it's the mounting bar options I'm wondering about.
This is on ebay

but I wondered if there are other/better options.

Thanks,
Simon

I have this, it's very good and stable.
I've got it with the Garmin fixing and with an aftermarket screen it needs some auto foam between bracket and screen.

Sorry about the picture but it does show where it puts the GPS.

I have one from these blokes (although mine is for an '07 Vee).

They are seriously well built being powder coated stainless and they do away with the ram mount as the nav cradle bolts directly to this plate. Keeps the whole shebang much lower profile tucked behind the screen so it doesn't overhang the clocks and gets a bit of protection.
