Vendor got back to me, it does fit all 650s,and have ordered one.
He has changed the ebay listing to reflect this.
When it comes I will check it fits and post on here.

Will be good to hear of it fits the top engine mount. It uses the same tool, but mine is too big to fit the recess.

It turned up today and yes it does fit :thumb:
Not tried it on top engine mount though.
It feels like a good tool too not plasticine.
Edit,
I have the engine bars covering the top mount so can't get the tool in .......However the recess measured 40mm and the tool was 39mm so?
If the weather gets too bad and I get too bored I will pop off the bars and confirm but at mo it looks like it will fit.

I think mine tapers in so it wouldn't reach the bolt.

I have engine bars too so was a pain when it didn't fit  :groan:
