Both suppliers are an option, from either https://www.adventuretech.biz/gear-shift-relocationextension.html or https://www.cosmo-accessories.com/products/Suzuki/dl-1000-v-strom-2013-2018/foot-peg-lowering-kit-detail ?

The AdventureTech kit has the option of repositioning the gearshift lever mounting post position, to allow for a range of boot sizes. There is also the another vesion of foot peg lowering that doesn't of the option, https://www.adventuretech.biz/footpeg-and-control-lowering-kit.html

Total cost (product & import tax) plus delivery time could be a factor.

It does I have them on mine.   I also picked up some secondhand S W Motech footrests which helps even more though I don't adjust them to the lower setting as they'd ground out to early.

That’s ordered such a big kid getting excited now,  yes love this bike ,had early BMW 1200 gs for 12 years so obviously liked that, but I think this is better . I don’t ride off road, at 71 wouldn’t have anything bigger than a 125 for trail ridding now so I’m judging it purely on road use am pleased Suzuki is continuing the mighty strom
