Side stand diode.
« on: March 30, 2023, 10:17:20 »
Hello all, I apologise in advance regarding this post which is not on topic but I've banged my head perusing the internet to no avail. I'm searching for a Stanley 8203 side stand diode for my Suzuki Freewind, similar to the one pictured but with 8203 stamped on it. If somebody out there could point me in the direction of an online electronic supplier it would be greatly appreciated. If this post infringes site rules I will happily remove it.

Cheers,

Dicky.

Why don't you try DE8804? It is used in maaaany Suzuki bikes. List is never ending.

Failing that, if you know the orientation of the diodes, you could just make up your own. The wiring diagram may show you!
