@ flame, I see you're from County Down, yes apparently E10 is only just being introduced to Northern Ireland.
https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/news/2022/10/e10-petrol-northern-Ireland/Personally I am one of the few, it seems, that thinks there is no difference in E5 & E10, certainly not in a 2013 650 or in a 2017 Focus. I have done lots & lots of checks, brim to brim on both bike & car & can honestly say there has been no change in MPG on either. Although on the last two tanks in the Focus the MPG has increased, albeit by an astounding 2/3 MPG. But as far as I'm concerned, if it was the other way, it's not worth worrying about.
I will agree, however, with the suggestion of filling the tank with E5/Super if the bike will be left standing for a month or two.
