Just got a 2021XT, now with 60 miles on the clock. No judder, but suspension was set up well hard by Padgett's. Must be their racing heritage.
But this ain't anudder judder bike..Check the front disks and calipers?

Setting them really hard is more likely trying to mask the shortcomings than a nod to racing, or they just don't know how adventure bikes are meant to work.
Going firmer on the 990 turned it into a dog: you might find the same when you get some miles on it.

Padgett's are very local to me. I can't imagine them touching any settings. Out of the crate and out of the door. They've had a bit of a reputation for at least 45 years.

KTM690 and KTM exc350F, I know there is no comparison with these bikes WP Xplore units but I didn't expect that much difference between the demo bike and the one I purchased with only 1100 miles on it.
Your previous bikes have had excellent suspension, and maybe when you took a test ride you didn't encounter uneven road surfaces. I took a test ride before I bought my 1050 vstrom and thought it was great. I was coming from a 1200 multistrada. But once I went out on my new 1050 I was experiencing front wheel judder over rough tarmac . The result is that Suzuki is not up to the standard of Ducati in this area; but its also much cheaper to buy. I backed of the compression and the rebound on the front forks and it made a huge differance on the 1050. My mate has a 650Sv and the front suspension can't cope over rough tarmac . He sorted it by spending £1500 on new forks and internals !!!!!!

I spent a couple of hours yesterday going over the whole bike checking wheel bearings/disc rotor play and warped disc's, cockpit fairing mountings, tyre pressure's. Went back out on it and its still the same. I'll wait for the dealer to check it over first ?

Has the 2021 model now got adjustable front suspension then ?

Just rebound. No damping.

I don't think the front forks are adjustable. The review by Bennetts on a 2019 model says in the specs that they are non adjustable at the front and preload adjustment on the rear. Maybe they have changed since 2019.

could be the rear set too hard and transferring the juddering to the front.
