I bought but have hardly used, a pair of Shad S23 Panniers. These fit the 3P frames and come with the new mounting blocks that locate the locking mechanism and two keys. Can deliver to a reasonable area from Basingstoke or collect from me. They cost £148 new on discount sites now.
