hi all, on my sons 650 on a 55 plate the rubber grip on the throttle has worn through, you can see the heating element.
do you blokes know the best fix or is it a case of buying a set of oxfords.
thanks all...

I get some Renthal race grips, the grey ones as they have a sticky feel, trim the ends of, place in hot water for 5 minutes and squeeze over the heated grips. I do this for better grip but in your case I'd buy new grips.

You can get spare grips for them. Check the Sportsikeshop. Plus have a look at what a complete new set would cost.

Bit late I know but second vote for grip puppies. If your hands are XL or up like mine then you'll never want to be without them once you've had them

I've not got heated grips but use those foam sleeves to make the grip bigger. Reduces wrist ache as my hands are quite big.
