I fitted Michelin 5GT's last week before going away to Cumbria this weekend 560 miles on wet and dry roads, twisties and A roads. Can report I'm very happy with them.. (cheers Kwackboy  :thumb: good recommend)

I can confirm the pilot 4s are still being made but getting them maybe a different story.

Hope you can find a shop with them in stock ..  :thumb:

I found the 5's didn't last as long as the 4's, 4k miles from the rear 5 and 5k miles from the 4. I have Michelin  aneke 3's at the moment, getting good mileage, 5k at mo and should last another 2k easy but not great grip in the wet and very stiff carcass.

I do recommend oponeo. I paid for my last set £210. It cost me £40 to fit them. Regarding mileage, I did 12k on last set and changed only because of puncture. I still had about 2mm thread in the rear, and even more in front one.
