GIVI Top Case Carrier Plate fitting/removal

Hi could anyone please copy and post the fitting instructions for GIVI Top Case Carrier Plate Part Number: 990D0-28K00-060 there is one fitted on the 2018 DL650 I am collecting next week and I wish to remove it, thank you in advance. Dave

The part number you quoted is a Suzuki number, not Givi.

Givi supply the plates and boxes, but both will be branded as Suzuki (55ltr Givi Maxima box)

But yes that part number is Suzuki not Givi.

It's quite simple they just bolt though the existing rack.
You may need to remove the whole rack to access the forward bolts... it's been a long time since I had one of those bikes in front of my desk to go look at.  :bawl:

This is a Shad box and plate but they are all essentially the same.

Hi thanks for replies, yes it is a Suzuki part number and totally different to the SRA3112. I fitted the Suzuki frame a few years ago and remember I had to remove OEM parts from the bike for it to fit, yes I gave the fitting instructions to the new owner. I am replacing it with SR3112 and PLR3112.
