Glee Footpegs
« on: June 23, 2020, 19:12:05 »
Need to replace front left footpeg as the holes where the spindle goes through are worn, so it slops about a bit. Anyone know of a decent inexpensive aftermarket replacement/pair for a 2012 DL650? OEM are around £65 per peg! I've seen some for as little as £9 for a pair, but don't want cheap that snaps off etc.

I have read that a few members have had success fitting KLR pegs and Goldwing pegs. Have you tried any motorcycle scrap yard / 2nd hand spares for availability or prices?

Better to clean up and sleeve down the hole in the footpegs. You can't take out too much material or you'll weaken the peg and the frame.
