Rear shock crap flap. Should it move?
« on: March 22, 2020, 18:56:21 »
Hello all

2019 - 1000

Gave the bike as wash down this afternoon. Dried it up with cloths. That’s when I noticed the rubber flap that hangs down to protect the shock from tyre fling wiggles at its fixing points. Can’t remember if it always did this. Should it?

Thanks

Yes that's normal. The rubber peg things that go through the flap have a recess that slots into a groove. Just give them a gentle pull down to make sure they are seated.
