New from South Africa
« on: December 12, 2019, 06:31:29 »
Hello, my name is Jakie and I'm from South Africa, Cape Town. I am 52 years of age and my height is 167 cm (on the short side

I own a 2011 DL650 (I think it is the K9 model with ABS).  I joined this forum merely to gain knowledge regarding the works of my motorcycle and to share personal experiences.

Here is my motorcycle:

Hello and  :welcome2: from me over here in  :traitor:

IMHO, the K9 is the epitome of V-Strom styling.
This doesn't last forever, so do it while you can.

:welcome: Nice looking bike. Your 2011 DL650 in biking terms, translates to a L1 Wee ( https://www.v-strom.co.uk/smf/index.php?topic=37259.0). Ride safe.
