Clutch slave cylinder repair Vee K7
« on: May 05, 2019, 20:27:18 »
Evening all
Has anyone used  the slave cylinder repair kit
I got the one for the k7
It has a rubber washer
I presume it goes over the push rod
When I took off the slave cylinder. It has no rubber washer,
What it has
l can describe it a rubber cone
Between the cylinder and the casing
Is the washer a replacement for the cone
If you look at the parts diagram it shows the washer but no cone
Any help much appreciated

Looking at section marked #23 in the pix, from https://www.cheapcycleparts.com/oemparts/a/suz/506b2be1f8700231bc956367/clutch, the part that is not numbered (in between part # 28 and #24), could this be the cone that you are trying to identify?

If you are referring to part number 35, it's a separate part.
It just pushes on the pushrod before you fit slave cylinder. I believe its just a type of cover of some sort.

Sorry I can't work out how to post a link
Been ages since I have posted!
You get parts numbers 27,25,24 and posabley 35
On the parts diagram I have it dose not show number 28
That is where the confusion has arisen
Apparently you have to order part 28 separately
Thanks for your Replies
