I kind a like this easy start because in the morning, when I get to my garage, first thing I do is start the bike and just then I do everything else (remove locks, put the gloves and helmet on etc.). So, usually I have stuff in my hands that I prefer not to put on the floor (public garage with very dirty floor) and there is no enough room on the seat. So I just hold everything in my left hand (bike in "N") and start the bike with the right one.
It doesn't mean I'd duy without easy start. I have this bike for about the year and none of my previous bikes, over last 30 years, had it.
