Mirror Arms
« on: December 29, 2018, 12:54:37 »
Dear Strommers,

As a newbie here I really appreciate all comments and opinions - thanks to all - really helpful!

Incidentally - how do I PM off this page as some have suggested?

The question though - in the mirrors I see too much of my elbows - not a problem on a previous RGS 1200 - I just need some slightly longer mirror arms - any one else suffer the same and found a solution?

Thanks in advance!

A lot of people use extenders. I think M&P do cheap ones

Actually, hover over the little 'speech bubble' image under the persons' name, you will see 'send personal message', then click on it.

I was wondering the same was after wider mirrors as my panniers are wider than my bars and I like my mirrors to gauge my width ? probably sounds like gobbledegook..so extenders look good but my left mirror is tired so want some new mirrors anyway ..need to be careful of the left and right threads ..anyone know if all strom years have same threads ? some nice recent ones on ebay but mines 2003..thought the nice new mirrors and extenders might work for me..????????
