Possibly a silly question, but have you removed the oil seal stopper ring located under the dust seal? That's all that holds the fork stanchions in the lower tubes, and the seal and top bushes should come out very easily once the stopper ring is removed.

Hello ,
Usually Suzuki fork seals never really put up a fight when removal is needed.
Heat and persistence is the answer if you have removed the dust cover, clip, removed the bottom bolt and drained all the oil.

Ensure that bolt #25 (https://www.mrcycles.com/oemparts/a/suz/508afd58f87002353072300f/front-damper) been removed. The example I linked maybe for a 2004 Wee, but is similar for all models. The bolt is accessed from underside of the fork. Once the clip is released, under the dust cover and the fork oil is drained, everything comes apart easily, as kwackboy explained.

Glad it's sorted Iceman  :thumb:

It would be handy if you could say how you sorted it, for future folk who are stuck with the same issue?
