Hadn't thought about if the new keys would need reprogramming, I was just thinking it would be key spades that I could swap over top of key in, does anybody know?

If your bike has immobilizer, new keys will arrive with chip built into them. Keys need to be paired with ECU. I've seen my dealer pairing my keys with new ECU. Took him 30 seconds for each key. No extra tools or computer needed, just proper procedure of turning ignition on and off while pressing I don't know which button. I don't know the sequence but somebody on this forum might. If not, ask your dealer for help.

You're correct, the dealer has to code the new keys to my ecu, £55 for that pleasure, get recall on ignition wiring repaired at same time

£55 ?????
Oh Lord...
1 minute for two keys. 1 minute of work for £55. Where can I get a job for half of that???
My Suzuki dealer changed front sprocket for free on my bike when I decided to go one tooth less. He got me with that one and now even 6 of my friends became his clients and non of them own Suzuki. That's the way to do business.

Very true Bosnjo, excellent customer service leads to repeat and new customers.

I'd have thought you may have been able to get wafers replaced by a locksmith but I'm guessing not?
