Hello everyone, thanks for the add... :)

I'm just wondering if anyone else has had issues with the instrument cluster on a 2013 model 650.... mine have gone virtually blank, the LCD is very light and the tacho doesn't work at all...

Besides a new cluster, $1000, is there any alternative ? Koso make gauges, but don't fit into the 2013 fairings...

Any suggestions welcomed.... thanks :)

I've had no issues on my 12 bike, have you tried removing the dash and checking the multiplug at the back of the speedo?

It's unlikely to be the problem but always start of with the simplest things first. And given that the tacho feed wires are not the same ones that power the LCD dash it could be the mulitplug fitting or shorting as that's the common denominator here.

Did it just suddenly go dim or has it been getting worse over a period of time?
Has it been out in the rain or given that you are in Oz has it been sitting in direct sunlight for any extended periods?
