Read the feedback, but I can't see where you are coming from. This poor bloke is clearly a serial victim who enjoys being turned over by everyone who trades with him. His company should be a registered charity and he deserves a sainthood for his selfless persistence to customer service in the face of every other f*cker being wrong and not him...
