That is the site I normally use too. One part that may be different is the ECU. Differences between countries are pretty much limited to those parts that affect emissions. UK bikes may also have a diagnostic connector under the seat that other countries don't have and the headlights are different, at least on some models. I don't think there is any cause for doubt if a part is not electrical.
