Seat colour renewal
« on: March 27, 2016, 13:16:50 »
Someone sat on my AL2 model bike whilst covered in gloss paint. I had to use white spirit on the stock Suzuki seat to remove it but unfortunately, the former blackness has faded to an off-black?grey. Does anyone know of a product I can use to renew the black colour again?

You could try a 'back to black' type spray, which is for tyres, plastic etc OR

there's quite a few shoe repairers that stock colour spray for vinyl/leather. I used magix once, but make sure its matt finish not glossy. Try it on the base where the cover overlaps.
