Thinking of selling my 2002 DL1000. It's average condition. Ridden all year. Has 50,000 on the clock what price do you think I may reasonably expect to get?

Average condition no mention of any extras and 50K; I'd say bite off the hand of any person that offers you £1250

I had my 650AL2 p/x valued the other day (OK with 30K on clock) on an 11 plate with full luggage and crash bars £1900 !!!

Is it just me, or are there many many (read ALL) overpriced Vstrom out there? kind of like a 2004 wee with 60k miles for £2200...  :shock: makes finding an honest one hard!

Sold my 2005 wee it topbox and panniers with 55k on it for £1300 last summer.

bought my wee last june for £1450, 35,000, then sold side boxes for £100, and frames for £50, so cost was £1300. (spent a bit since then !!!!)
