 with most dealers offering delivery for £99 or thereabouts, it may be a good bargaining tool if anyone is thinking of a new bike .........

Wow!!! that is a good offer price-even if it is a grey one....only jesting.

It can't help with used prices though-

It doesn't!  If you're going to sell on in a year or two you're going to lose big time but if you keep 5 years or more things even out. In my experience Suzuki are the worse of the main players at holding the value.
