I had issues with Rose when she worked for Appleyards in Leeds in 2008/9 and have never used again... in short she said the spokes on my 125 needed tightening up as part of the MOT failure. I had her (or Appleyards) tighten the spokes which duly snapped a week later at 40mph puncturing the tyre whilst the missus was on the back. 5 mins earlier we were doing 60mph. When I went back to the shop all I got was 'not our problem... your spokes were very rusty... we can collect the bike but it'll cost you £15...' needless to say I never used them since, and Robin Appleyard was less than impressed with them when I told him in Keighley at a later date.
Hopefully this was a one off, but I won't use Rose which is a shame as near my house.
I had my bike MOT'd at Dyrons, but never serviced there and have bought a bike from Jackson Superbikes Yeadon, and he seemed decent, but again no servicing. Recently I've been traveling to York Suzuki for servicing and they seem good albeit a bit far (though excellent B-road from Wetherby to York)
