headlight adjusting

My Glee handbook says to adjust headlight aim, turn adjusting bolts clock or counter clockwise.
Which direction adjusts downwards please?

at a guess I would say anti clockwise  :shrug:

Clockwise on the lower adjuster pulls the bottom of the headlight back, lowering the beam.
