Bmws Yams and Pans. What else is out there now as the big tourer seem to be losing ground to the Adventure type Bikes. What have you seen with Blue lights on ?

Paramedic version of the V-strom in Serbia    (not my pic- stolen from Wikipedia)

Have seen a GTR1400 (black) used as an one-marked bike by South Wales Fuzz, along with an older CBR600 (white)

There have been some 650GS's used in large urban police forces to combat kids on nicked bikes in local parks and waste ground.

Think the local environmental enforcement lot use some various small offroad bikes to inspect areas used by trail riders, but they won't have blue lights

Can't see a Panigale being much use to Fire and Rescue.

he uses it for the bike safe courses. apparently he's the only member of the fire brigade that does the courses, or that's what he said anyway

Pat- 2007 DL650A was ridden to all 48 contiguous states. 2012 DL650A outlasted me.
Nicknames I use to lessen typing, Vee = 2002-2012 (K2-L2) DL1000s. Veek=2014+ (L4+) DL1000s. Wee = 2004-2011 (K4-L1) DL650s. Glee = 2012+ (L2+) DL650s
