A40 near Oxford- dead early today:
« on: December 23, 2013, 06:16:47 »
Rider with hi-viz sash and luggage on the bike came into Oxford from Witney way they went down the Woodstock Rd into the city. The bike had a pair of auxiliary lights on the engine bars, making it look quite distinctive in the dark. Numberplate ended JUY

You overtook me in a grey 12-plate Passat between Eynsham and Oxford.
