My bad, must be my Nissin 4 pot calipers that have different sizes :shy:

When I find the other calipers I will service them, if they are in good  useable I'll let you know.

I am sure that he mentioned the GSR 600 too, but I would not bank on this.

Part number is 59300 01820 and it comes in set (piston + seals). Price per set is £21 including VAT. Could gow down to £19 as it's Christmas.

I've ordered the set for both calipers. That is 4 pistons and seals. Just under £80.

Although the bloke at Suzuki wasn't sure if one lot is per piston or per caliper. Looking at below ebay auction I think that it may be per caliper :) I keep my fingers crossed.

And I was right. That part number is per caliper so all in ilI paid £45 for the front.

I managed to change then today but I will not be able to test it until the it stops raining.

The old pistons weren't that bad but its better to be safe than sorry

After putting new pistons a seals it became apparent that I was braking only with one disc. Scary thing!

But as always after disconnecting callipers from brake lines the air got inside the lines and I have been trying to bleed them all day. It is getting but I still have to pump the lever twice before I get the perfect tall brake.
Oh well, at least I have speed bleeders (recommended by greywolf) so it isn't that difficult.

Now I wish I had non ABS model ;)

Hmmm. Wish I'd known all this last year. My V's front pistons were rusty so I replaced them and fitted new seals. Genuine Suzuki spares from a Suzuki dealer £74.00. Hmmmmmm.
This doesn't last forever, so do it while you can. Nothing travels faster than the speed of time.
