Wanted: photos of PD Oiler fitted to Glee
« on: October 14, 2013, 13:01:47 »
I am hopeful that someone has fitted a PD Oiler to their Glee and is prepared to share photo's of their efforts. I would rather copy a good idea than wait for the next millennium to have one of my own.
All tips and hints are welcome.
Dave

Hi

I will try and post a couple of pictures of my PD oiler installation, but it will be hit and miss.

Mine is fitted (zip tied) under the LH panel, as most people do, and the controller is sticky/velcroed under the seat latch cross member. This takes up the least amount of room, and I can keep other items, such as, tyre repair kit/compressor/tow rope/oiler syringe/and the bikes tools, in that area as well.

The controller is set on the lowest point (No1), and the chain is perfectly OK with that.
The oil will last over 2K miles at this level, until it needs a refill.

Here's hoping the links work.

Regards
