Palmer Windscreen adapter kit
« on: June 01, 2014, 23:27:15 »
I have fitted the Palmer Windscreen  adapter kit to my Glee, using the stock screen, to which I had already added a little Puig screen extender I got on eBay.
I am very pleased with the results. The Palmer bracket sets the screen much further away from the fairing and allows me to both raise the screen and tilt it back to towards me. The result is that I feel more of a rush of air around my upper arms and shoulders than before, presumably because the outer edges of the fairing are more exposed, but the buffeting to the helmet has gone almost entirely. I can ride with my flip up helmet flipped up at 70mph without any problem. Better yet, when I do a lifesaver when overtaking on the motorway, I don't feel like the wind is trying to rip my head off.

There's one up for grabs in the "For Sale" section on here.  :)
