Help! Twistgrip drum for K4 urgently needed....

I knew it was a daft idea but as it's raining today thought I'd take the heated grips off as I don't really do winter riding any more. All going swimmingly until - crack! the twistgrip drum fractured as the grip was more tightly attached to it than I thought.

Anybody have a spare one lying about or know where I can get one cheap?

And from the description on the auction it looks like there are other bikes that use the same throttle tube so search for those as well, you might get something cheaper.

Cheers mate that one's sold.

I've discovered that a new one is only(!) £28 or so so may as well go for that. I was envisaging paying loads for the whole unit.

Why they make the drum out of such brittle material beats me....
