Finally Made Up My Mind
« on: July 31, 2013, 20:02:26 »
Finally after 17 months of membership on this forum and without a bike for most of that time, I have ordered a new Glee in white! I had waited to see the new colours ie blue and grey in the flesh, but until very recently they were not available on this side of the Irish Sea. Why Suzuki would not release the 2013 colours until well into the year I do not understand. I have also ordered heated grips, handguards, under cowl, power socket (under seat), mainstand and a plate for my Givi topbox. Reasons for buying - abs, not too heavy - I'm 65 but reasonably fit - touch wood!  reliable, £800 off normal price, Madstad bracket available so I can hopefully do away with buffetting which was my only problem with my TDM900. Last but not least is the help and expertise available on this site and no doubt I shall have some questions.

Welcome, hope you enjoy yours as much as I have mine ..nearly 4000 miles and fun still...
I first found it high and was nervous but now it's either settled lower or I just don't notice it ... Great bike ..great :lala:  colour you have too!

Welcome. Just put mine through its 4000 mile service today.

It's a testament to the usefulness of this site and general goodwill of its members that it is a factor in influencing buying decisions, it's fully deserved and long may it continue.

Suzuki UK would do well to keep an eye on this place.
