This sounds like it could be a vacuum/air problem. This is a long shot and I'm sure you've checked but ...are both nipples for throttle body balancing still fitted and secure? If one is loose or missing it will cause the issue you have particularly at smaller throttle openings.

Just Checked valves front cylinder inlet 0.15 0.10 ex 0.20 0.20    rear cylinder inlet 0.15 0.15 ex 0.20 0.20
Front cylinder compression test 145psi     Rear cylinder compression test 155psi  all electrics are now soldered instead of crimped got new plugs and genuine air filter all fuel lines have been blown out all injector seals checked so I'm going to build it up and drain the tank and clean the pump filter put fresh juice is and I've got a put online additive to put in and if its still no different then it must be my imagination lol

Do you know what firestorm you have got me thinking I have checked the nipples but one of them has my scottoiler plugged into it maybe it could be drawing air in through the oiler somehow I think I might disconnect it and see

I did indeed turned out to be a faulty throttle position sensor but it took some finding as it didn't register a code on the dash and I only found it when I tried to adjust it at running temp while the bike was idling all other tests on it turned out OK. But the fact I now know my dl inside and out for further issues is an added bonus  :fix:
