I think I'd see a car with water halfway up the doors and think 'Ooh, could be deep'...
No bike at present.......

What a plonker! Water too deep. Going too fast. Then tried to re-start it- a good way to terminally damage the engine.

Begs a question actually. Will the Wee/Vee electronics let you pump out a bike that's flooded (as in river water not petrol)? Last time I had to do that was a carbed F650. Lifted the front wheel to clear the exhaust, removed air filter and plugs, cranked it over, WD40'd, rebuild and fired it up. Took a full day and two fill ups before it was 100% although the oddly    it did turn in over 100 mpg for that tank  :shy:

It's obvious really, like all Wee / Vee riders we just expect them to go anywhere & everywhere!!!
No limits???! :lala:  :lala:
Stromtrekking across the universe always going forward 'coz we can't find reverse

Puch MS50V (45 yrs ago!) > Yamaha EW 50 Slider (Daughter's!) > Honda XL125V > V-Strom 650 > Versys 1000 > V-Strom DL1050

There's "expecting them to go anywhere & everywhere" and there's taking the p!
What on earth was he thinking?
I baulked at water only halfway up my wheel.
What a numpty.
Sorry if you're on here but, you are, like!
Same colour as mine but before I get any 'V-Strom Spotting queries" no,it isn't me!
I'm daft but not THAT DAFT!
