fairing removal
« on: April 11, 2012, 12:58:44 »
I've put the flag decal on but although it looks OK in the pic I have actually cocked it up and need to redo it.
One of the problems was that I did it in situ as I couldn't get the fairing off, It was free every where except at the point of the arrow, I couldn't see or feel what was holding it in place and didn't want to force it, any clues please.

this pdf shows how to remove the tank, the proper way, by removing all the front fairings. I'm sure what you need to know is there
I'm sane, honestly. . . I got a certificate to prove it!

Sorted, I didn't take the black bit out of the front, there is a screw behind it.  :ty:  :ty:  :ty:
