Wee2 MPG game
« on: April 02, 2012, 20:55:48 »
While riding around at the weekend I struck upon the compulsive need to get a really high MPG figure on the trip computer.  So I've devised a cunningly simple yet devilishly addictive game;

What's the highest MPG you can get your Wee2 to show on the trip computer?

The only rules are that you post a picture of your Odo and that the journey was a proper one, not just a set up to get a really high MPG figure.

post your best MPG below...

Have fun.  :auto-dirtbike:

If I ride down hill in a low gear (engine slowing the bike) and get my pillion to reach round,  :shock: I could post a pic of 99.9 mpg. :auto-dirtbike:  :groan:

75? :shock:

I might have got 45 out of the run back, had I been able to fill up in Leeds.  Alas, there is no petrol in the metropolis, so by the time I've done 10 miles commuting and found a petrol station worthy of the name, my average will be back down to 39.7 :bawl:

In all fairness glider your bike is almost double the CC of the wee, so expected really!

I think I average between 58 and 60 most of the bike, but no pictures, mine doesn't have that fancy computer thing.

Got a Wee 1 so can't really play but I'll throw these two in...

Drove into work in the company car today - 57.6mpg, that's from a Passat 2.0TDi auto!

And a few years back I took the aged parents from Oxford to Hayling Island in our Scenic, 72.6mpg on the way, 4 up with luggage!
No bike at present.......

It was dull but in a really addictive way.  I so craved to rag the bike around but couldn't as I'd spoil my MPG on the trip.   :shy:

Doboy you need to do it again...  I believe you but the rest of these lads won't    :sarc:  lol
