Gear lever main bolt working loose.

The main bolt (furthest back) that pretty much holds the lever on keeps working loose.  

I've hand-tightened it a couple of times - is there someway to tool-tighten this - can't see any nut head or suchlike?  Could I loctite it....?  Top right bit, number 33.

Ah, yes, normal Locktite should do the trick. Also, put some grease around the post so that the movement of the lever on the 'bolt' is not causing much friction.
