Just watched it..........................What an excellent finish to the season.
I would've been pleased if either Tommy or Hopper had won it.
Brilliant racing :thumb:
& also the supersport 600's were just as good.

Looked a real nasty crash in the Superstock (I think it was Superstock?). Hope the blokes were OK.

Superb racing in Superbikes and Supersport

I was pleased when Tommy Hill won but gutted for Hopkins and the Samsung Cresent boys. I'm also gutted for Shakey because he would have won it on the old points system

Same with Supersport - Please Al Seeley won but was gutted for Ben Wilson

BSB has been the best bike racing this year
C'mon spring I want to get riding

It's been a very close season in all the categories but what a finish to the Superbikes ! It had me glued to the couch all day, much to the wifes despair. Still at least she got the grass cut and two doors painted....

I've missed most of the season because as usual, my sky+ box decided to forget about the series link, although I don't think eurosport do very well in keeping to schedule in the first place  :GRR:

I agree with that, I tend to go in every weekend and record the programmes individually,

But what a finish ... brilliant

I was gutted for Hopper but glad for Tommy after last year. Shaky should have won but they all knew about the showdown when they enter and he admitted they missed opportunities.
But last lap of the last race, doesn't get any better!!!
Roll on Evo+ spec bikes for 2012!!!

I've watched this now - for those of you who, like me, are not permitted sky at home (something to do with the need to spend the half of my life not spent doing sport/bikes with my loved one rather than on watching sport/bikes on tv apparently) - its now on iplayer (Itv4).

Fantastic - more overtaking in a lap than in your average formula1 season!

.......And a lot of tears as well - how gutted did you feel for hopper in the interview?

Quite. I always think it's pretty poor and insensitive journalism to thrust a camera and microphone in someone's face at a time like that. It happens with general news stories too - you know the kind of thing, tv reporter interviews mum whose toddler has just been injured somehow. Interview usually contains the totally moronic line "and how are you feeling right now?" at some point. Hopper: "Brilliant thanks, never felt better. Glad you asked". (How do you think he feels, you f*****g idiot?!!!)
