Rear rack extender
«

Hi Everyone
Can anyone help with aftermarket rear rack extender where the top box sits?
My wife finds riding pillion uncomfotable because the top box digs into her back and I understand the box can be moved back a bit. I also understand padding is available to stick on the box itself.
Cheers

hi if you search the forum you will find cymarc ( I think )makes a bracket or is getting round to making a bracket or you can make your own I did and just used some plate to move the box backwards a bit didn't measure how far back but if you get your Mrs to sit on the bike and try to find a place that's acceptable to her and mark it from that

A vote for the bracket from cymarc from me. I had one on my wee and it made a world of difference for my girlfriend, quick and easy to fit too! The backrest pad was from Suzuki and was pretty cheap too if I remember correctly.
