Better mirrors?
« on: September 14, 2010, 21:19:17 »
I've really had enough of the useless square mirrors on my Vee.
I've seen mention of Aprilia replacements.
Anyone give me a heads up or link to these?

I bought a pair of Holeshot Mirror wideners from Andy off the Forum

Suddenly the useless square mirrors are now brilliant and give a great view of behind
C'mon spring I want to get riding

Treat life's little problems like your dog would ... If you can't eat it or shag it, ... Piss on it and walk away!!!

Thanks for the links blokes. I've ordered some new mirrors off net.
See what they're like when fitted. Those extenders are reasonably priced.

Anyone know if these are the correct Aprilia mirrors? Look right but just want to be sure.

They are (you want Tuono mirrors) but call the place (http://www.rocketcentre.co.uk/) direct.  You'll get a better price and they are extremely helpful.  I think I paid £26.50 for the pair including p&p - I ordered last Friday at 2pm and they turned up on Saturday before I'd even had breakfast!

Ironically I think they sell very few to Aprilia owners and are very familiar with the Strom lot asking for them.
