New V-Strom Owner
« on: March 02, 2025, 10:54:24 »
Hi everyone,

I've been commuting daily on an NC700X, which I got from new, for about 13 years. The poor thing has suffered quite a bit and it has had a hard life but it's been an excellent bike for doing its job. My 2023 1050 is due to be delivered on Tuesday and I'm looking forward to the complete change in almost every aspect (unfortunately including fuel consumption) that goes with it.

I'm probably going to have a lot of annoying questions and for that I appologise in advance but as a seasoned forum user I'll be sure to use the search function first

Hopefuilly I'll be avble to contribute something to the forums at some point.

This doesn't last forever, so do it while you can. Nothing travels faster than the speed of time.

I tried to add a picture but got the message

Usually the file size is too big. Try reducing it down a bit  :thumb:
