After a 650
« on: October 04, 2024, 18:03:40 »
Hello from the north east.
I decided I want to do a big trip before I'm too old. After extensive research I came to the conclusion that an abs 650 v strom Is what I need. I figure this has Got to be the best place to look. So is anybody selling or know of a well kept bike for sale? I've had bikes forever and do my own fettling. Not bothered about bikes age but its Got to be in good condition. I'm looking about 20 thou miles as a top limit. As I've told my wife many times this is going to be my last bike so please feel free to contact me so I can start this adventure !

Hi, great choice.
I'm on my 3rd 650 Vstrom now. I know one for sale, it was my mate's bike, unfortunately he didn't have a chance to use it.
It's advertised here, based in Essex - Billericay. I can vouch for the bike. Look for the 2012 Vstom 650 listed my me - Radu.
Good luck with your adventures!!

Welcome Lester from Northumberland.
I don't think you'll regret a 650. But I'm not selling you mine.
We've just done our first long (?) trip, Sicily and back. They're a capable bike once you get the seating position right.
Good luck.
Upt.
