Not sure if the antifreeze coolant, on your end of the pond, is available as a full concentrate or as a premix?
Personally I prefer to use a concentrate, which I mix myself to a ratio of 50/50 concentrate to distilled water, as per the manual. With the some premix brands, I'm not sure whether it available in the recommended ratio and whether distilled water was even used for the mix. I suspect that with many companies world wide cutting back on poduction costs, anything may be possible.

Extract from my manual:"the cooling system is filled with a 50/50 mixture of distilled water and ethylene-glycol anti-freeze. This 50/50 mixture will provide the optimum corrosion protection and excellent heat protection, and will protect the cooling system from freezing at temperatures above -31°C (-24°F).
If the motorcycle is to be exposed to temperatures below -31°C (-24°F), this mixing ratio should be increased up to 55% or 60% according to the figure."
