Haynes / Workshop Manual?
« on: February 20, 2023, 14:36:29 »
Hi All. I hoping to start to do a bit more of the easy maintenance on my bike as I've retired, (brake fluid and pad changes etc). I'm looking for a downloadable or hard copy of a workshop manual for my V-Strom 650AL5 2015. I know there are lots of videos on youtube  but I always prefer to have a hard copy with me in the garage when I am doing a job especially for torque measurements etc. I've noticed that there are lots of downloadable versions on the old format of this site but there doesn't seem to be anything up to date. Thanks in advance . Pete

Haynes often have offers where they'll sell you a physical and digital copy for the price of a printed copy, helpful to look at wiring diagrams as you can print them out and scribble over them at will :P

There is a service manual on this website.  Newest 650 manual I can see is AL2, but a lot of it will still apply to your bike.

NP rus! I find I'm using the online version when I suddenly decide I want to look at something and the book is outside in the shed...
