If you like a bit of culture you could check out the V&A museum or Scotty's ship the Discovery, both close together on the riverside. Last time me & the Mrs were up there we had a cracking Mexican meal at Rancho Pancho in the city centre, hearty portions of top quality food. Dundee Law is worth a trip up on a fine day as it has some cracking views over the city & beyond. Enjoy  :thumb:

My experience may be of somewhat limited value as it's from a couple of contracts I worked on up there over twenty five years ago :old:
We used to go to Broughty Ferry in our time off.
Quite good as I [distantly] remember.

The Suzuki dealer in Cupar is about 20mins from Dundee, they are a great bunch of blokes who always have time to chat and no doubt have the best knowledge of good places and roads to explore.

Happy holidays in what should also be a dry and warm Scottish week for you.

The Desperate Dan statue in the high street!
Selfie of you tucking into a cow pie would be good!

You will be a very short ride from St Andrews, which is worth a visit if you haven’t been. Obviously there is the R&A Golf Club and also a stunning beach and lots of independent shops and places to eat. The road around the East Neuk is worth a drive as far as Anstruther then you can shoot straight across inland back to St Andrews. There is a decent restaurant called The Waterfront in Anstruther. It is part of a hotel where I have stayed many times when working up there.
I wouldn’t bother with the coast North of Dundee as it is a bit sh1te!
