Heated grips

Heated grips probably asked before but couldn't see a post tried out v strom today tried heated grips but nothing got home checked all fuses under seat but all OK any known faults standard Suzuki standard heated grips any pointers before I start pling bike apart or should I contact dealer bike is 2010 v strom but bought from highly regarded local dealer just a week ago thanks in advance. 👍

I presume you bought it thinking everything works & if the dealer didn't tell you there was a problem with the heated grips then take it back & ask them to sort it. The bike will have a warranty.

Thanks thought I would just check if any common easy fixes or anything I am missing turned on full after filling up then rode 2 miles home stone cold on arrival my bandit had Oxford heated grips they warmed up in a few hundred yards thanks will call dealers Monday thanks.
